Central Otago, is a land of extremes from clear, freezing days of winter to intense, dry heat in summer. The elegance and purity our wines display reflect the stunningly raw and rugged land on which they are grown.
Welcome Swallow (Warou) are small, gregarious, fast-flying birds which nestled into the Kiwi way of life since the mid 1900’s. While comfortable to dart around alone, Welcome Swallows will often be seen perched in pairs or larger flocks most likely enjoying a good yarn with their mates. Incidentally, that is the best way to enjoy our range of wines!

Welcome Swallow Pinot Gris 2024
An easy drinking, dry style pinot gris. Fresh, crisp and floral with lovely fruit purity and balance of acidity. With or without food, this vibrant and delicate pinot gris is perfect for enjoying with a flock or when flying solo. Enjoy with fish, chicken or spicy thai-style dishes.
